Hello Facebook and Piney Woods Endodontics! There’s A LOT I could type about my experience at this very special establishment, but I will keep things as brief as possible. From the initial phone call to schedule my consultation to the procedure which was efficiently performed all within a week’s time, I can’t say enough about this stellar experience. This was my first root canal, and like many people, I was anxious about many aspects of the experience. However, everything about this establishment and the people who work there screams excellence and customer satisfaction. The receptionist, Ms. Peggy, was so kind and welcoming; she answered all of my questions and really helped to put my mind at ease. Ms. Sandra, the dental assistant, was so caring and she made me feel that I truly mattered as a patient. She was nurturing and I appreciate all she did to keep me calm.

Lastly, Dr. Bryan Allgeier was the epitome of the bedside manner that would keep any patient coming back. He was easy to talk to and he assured me that I’d be well cared for. He was gentle and I experienced absolutely no pain during the procedure. Needless to say, my morning appointment began before time and I was in and out of the office before I knew it. I left the office happy and satisfied with all of the services that were rendered. From start to finish, my experience was a positive one because of the professionalism, timeliness, kindness, and overall patient care and consideration I received.
